This step is required for all new company drivers (owner operators with their own trucks do not need to complete this step). It is best to schedule the road test earlier in the day (between 10:00AM and noon) and it usually takes 1-2 hours to complete. You will need to bring your CDL, SSN, and Medical DOT Card. Our safety manager will evaluate your ability to safely maneuver a tractor with 53-foot trailer, your parking skills, and the way you conduct pre-trip inspection procedures. Once you pass the road test, you will be scheduled to complete a drug test.

Once you have completed the road test, the application, and the drug test, you should be ready to schedule for orientation. Orientation only takes about an hour and will outline company policies, procedures, and expectations. Orientation will also include ELD training.
